Worst customer experience I’ve ever had, they try everything they can to charge you MULTIPLE months after you’ve left the apartment.
May be Al Wasl is having a great reputation in UAE, I have been their customer (staying at Discovery Gardens) and I had to break the tenancy in between as my employment was shifted out of the UAE. The formalities are like hell and even if you follow all the rules (Form A, Notice, DSR refund, deposit refund, etc) properly, they will not refund the deposit (14000 AED). I had gone to RERA to get my Deopist but nothing happened. Then I went to court to get decision in 3 hearings, and still Wasl is not releasing my money. They treat everyone like this.
Wasl properties is managed by a bunch of unprofessional people. They always share wrong informations and never respond to emails, and I'm currently dealing with a hefty charge for a normal wear and tear return of the apartment. The charges are ridiculous and a way for wasl properties to inflate their wallets.
Al Wasl Properties are very fraud and corrupt. I rented a flat in Dubai and I completed the lease period. I moved out of the flat, completing all the formalities of the DEWA, DSR, and Ejari. But, Wasl Property is not returning the security deposit claiming it can take 6 months to 1 year to get the security deposit back. Ridiculously, they are saying that even they have to deduct the amount for the clean up, painting, etc.
I couldn't even survive in my apartment for 1 full year because the building entrance is always dirty. Elevators have spills on the floor for weeks. Not recommended.
I cannot express how is my experience with Wasl , but I give 5 stars to all Wasl staff , they assist me very professional, veryquick service and always ready to help you , I rented with them more than 5 years and my next property also will be with them, veryvery thank you Wasl and recommended ????
