I got furniture from different shops including West Elm and Pottery Barn. Someone at Pottery Barn suggested I talk to Nelly, the designer at West Elm's Dubai Hills branch. It turned out to be a great idea for furnishing my home.
Great variety of options! I personally liked the branch in Dubai Hills more than Dubai Mall as the store is more organized. More importantly, the customer service is top notch! Big thanks to Ekram, the sales manager, who was super kind and took from her time to curate a set of pillows that would best match our living room.
One of a worst ever store I visited for the first and for sure the last time. It took 1 hour they find a box for a decor gift and eventually it didn’t fit to the bag!!!
