I hope someone read it before going through western union App. I have sent small amount for the first time through WUApp, which I was thinking to be fast and easy WAY, but it took me number of days and multiple follow ups to get it through.

Customer service call center is horrible. Never got someone to answer quickly. If I really want to talk to them, have to let the phone connected for around 30 minutes. Then someone will answer.
