Horrible experience, no flexibility at all. I feel that they are searching for issues not to complete your transaction. I strongly recommend not dealing with them.
I have been using western union last 10 years from U.A.E and I will not use anymore in my life, my money transaction for Eid still keep in hold for last 4 days without any reason and no one responsible for this.
