Worst ever insurance which I came across, they promise the reimbursement to be shared to the account in 15 days ,even after 5 months there is no action taken and no replies given to the email follow ups..None of the pharmacy accepts this
I don't know how this type of company deserve in this modern country like if this company was in Pakistan Bangladesh India I can understand but this is UAE on of the best country in the world this is not a company this is scamming
The most worst service ever. I am from Transguard and all of our staff is suffering. No blood test is covered, no service they are giving. This insurance is for name sake only. I will go to the Ministry of Health and will complain. Make sure they close this cheapest insurance from UAE
