Very bad service, i asked the employee for some things and she took her sweet time, a customer of her same ethnicity comes and her attitude changes 180 degrees. Absolutely unacceptable.
Festival city branch is horrible. The two ladies working there look like they do not care about anything (and I was the only customer in the shop). No hello, no help asked, they don't even acknowledge you. The only time one of them talked to me was to argue with her colleague about who should do what. I mean, that's rude! I felt very uncomfortable and left the store as soon as possible.
Just visited the Dubai Festival City branch where the saleswoman refused to assist saying she was alone so couldn't assist me and if I want anything I could look around. Most disgusting ever experience. Hope management looks into this and reverts back.????
