As chain of optical products the have many stores in AD and other Emirates. The service is friendly and courtious. Their selection varies from store to store but it's generally well stocked for eyewear, lenses, and contact lenses.
Glasses are fine and dandy until you have to wait a long time for them they told me it’ll arrive in 3 days and it’s been a week it’s really frustrating with barely being able to watch TV or do simple tasks which this includes in, overall this place is fine but the scheduled time is garbage.
Very unprofessional staff, they wasted our time. They asked to wait and wait, after half an hour waiting, they told us they can not help us!! horrible experience.
