Zara Home reviews
This is the second time that the Zara Home website has shown that items are available in the JBR branch however that is not the case because the JBR branch never update their stock list. There is no point in calling and checking whether it's available because they will just say yes when it's not. Very disappointing.
The sales person gave wrong information about a new season product saying that it was an old season item, so it was discontinued and I should have bought it from sales! When I insisted I just bought 7 of it from new season and I just want to buy more. The sales person was unhelpful and rude.
I'm not sure why salespeople are so unhelpful, upset and busy with other things than helping customers. I like the products but spending my money there is getting too hard to do as the feel when stepping in both locations of Zara Home is simply depressing.
