I like the clothes, but the staff are always cold. Go to try clothes on; either no one is there in the fitting room, or when I ask to try the items on I basically get a grunt. Go to pay; cashier is always distracted talking to other people
We had the worst experience with this branch, we bought me and my friend two similar dresses with a tag price of 119 AED but they charged 200 AED on the bill without notifying us when we went back to the store the manager was really bad
Staff got way too much arrogance up their sleeve! Better to go to Yas/Abu Dhabi Mall. It’s too obvious about their attitude on a selective level, you can read the other comments but from what I see the management doesn’t care! The lady manager there, yea, needn’t say more but rude.
