Training with a Shaolin master is wonderful. The elasticity, beauty and strength that the masters express are to be admired, assimilated and applied ourselves in the commitment to constant improvement.
Nice environment wherein you can easily be motivated to do exercises. Clean, polite and very dedicated staffs. They will lift your spirit to do easy and difficult exercises. Strict Masters but with humble minds.
